Dog Toys

Well, now I didn't get off to such a great start here, as I just looked ta the date of my last post Yorkie Talkie, and it was April 27. jeez, that was over a months ago and I had high hopes to be writing a load of stuff in here about the two four legged members of my household!

Well, maybe I should mention what these little guys like playing with when theyr not sleeping or eating, you know just like all dogs I guess. I got them some of the usual stuff like tennis balls and them little bone things that they can't eat but love to shew away at all day. I got them each one of them little size Kong dog toys as well and that keeps them playin all strange, coz the toys bounce around all over the room and the little guys have real fun chasing them! That's a lot of fun!

Hey, all dogs are a lot of fun you know, and my two little critters is just the same. Hell, I reckon my life would be pretty empty without these two keeping me company when I ain't working and running all over the house an all. Yep, dogs are mans best friend alright!

See you next time.

Yorkie Talkie

Welcome to Yorkie Talkie, my totally un-serious blog all about those lovable little critters, yorkshire terriers! They're such great fun little dogs to have around the house and if you can stand the yapping, then you'll love 'em too!

SO what am I going to write about in here?

To be honest, I haven't really given it a whole load of thought, so it will be whatever comes into my head at the time. Maybe some crazy stuff my two little lunatics get up to in a day and whatever else comes to mind.

So to start the ball rolling, literally as these two are right now chasing a tennis ball around the room, I'll introduce my two miniature monsters, Joey and Dizzy.

Joey is the boy, pretty obvious, and he's a spritely ten years old in real years. That makes him about 70 in doggy years, but he doesn't know that and still thinks he's a puppy. He's got longer legs than he should have which makes him incredibly agile for a little guy. It also means he can jump up onto any piece of furniture he wants and even when he's told that he can't, he still does it just ecause he can!

Dizzy, the little girl is even older. At eleven, she's a true old timer at 77 doggie years, but she doesn't know it either. She's not as agile as Joey, so he takes advantage especially when he's got a chew stick or somesuch he loves to tease Dizzy by jumping up onto a high chair where she can't follow and then deliberately chew it up above her. Dizzy gets mad and yaps at him to give it here, or there'll be trouble...

Anywho, that's the two monsters what this here blog is all about, so I hope you enjoy hearing all about them.
